Racing to make training interesting. Races regularly on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Typical race length 30-40min, to make the session about 1h with warmup and cooldown. Single pen racing, multipen for sprints. Bots to fill the field up to 80 if not enough humans just to make enough groups for everyone. Neutralized start. Tier 1 performance verifications.
Race types:
Threshold – uphill battles with some rest in between,(or not)
VO2max – intensive punchy courses
Sprinting – points races with flat courses and lots of sprints (multipen)
