eCykle Klub Danmark group ride.
Everybody starts together in one pen. Slow start with pacer for 1,5 km (20 km/h to 32 km/h).
If fewer than 30 humans start the pen will be filled with bots to a minimum of 30 riders (the bots will probably race).
Pace: As you like (no rubberband)
Overall purpose: To ride in groups and have fun with your in between race training.
You can use this group ride event as
- a social ride
- recovery ride
- training following your own schedule
- warm-up for a following race
- a race (there are most likely someone who wants to race you)
Often several groups are formed. Typically one with a pulling pace of around 1.8-2.0 W/kg, one around 2.7 W/kg and a racing group 3.5+ W/kg, - but everything is up to the participants.
You are strongly encouraged to form groups, help out around you anytime you can, and make it fun for everyone, - no one should ride alone unless they want to.
